Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, If you would like to add Express Shipping onto your order please give our team a call on 1300 858 360 or email us at sales@ozlighting.com.au and we will be able to assist you with your request. *Please note additional costs will apply for Express Shipping option.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be supplied with a tracking number to the account email. Most items will ship within 1 to 5 business days from date of order. If there are any delays we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.
I ordered multiple items but I have only received one?
We will ship multiple items together in one box, but that isn't always possible. Sometimes the parcels may become separated during transit. If that is the case, the other items in your delivery will be delivered shortly and will be able to be tracked using the tracking number provided.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, as long as the package is under 1.2 metres. If it is unable to be delivered to PO box we will contact you to request an alternate shipping address.
My tracking is saying delivered but I have not received my order yet.
Your order may have been delivered to your local post office if there was no one in attendance or no safe place to leave the delivery. Please check the tracking and if you need more help, contact us directly.
