Yes, If you would like to add Express Shipping onto your order please give our team a call on 1300 858 360 or email us at sales@ozlighting.com.au and we will be able to assist you with your request. *Please note additional costs will apply for Express Shipping option.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be supplied with an Australia Post tracking number to the email provided. Most items will ship within 1 to 5 business days from date of order. If there are any delays we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.

We will ship multiple items together. Sometimes the parcels may have become separated during transit. If that is the case, the other items in your delivery will be delivered shortly and will be able to be tracked using your tracking number provided.

Yes, as long as the package is under 1.2 metres. If it is unable to be sent we will contact you to request an alternate shipping address.

Your order may have been delivered to your local post office if there was no one in attendance or no safe place to leave the delivery.

Yes, If a product is no longer required or you've changed your mind, you have 30 days to return these goods to our warehouse. All products returned must be in their original packaging and must not have been used. If the product box is damaged in any way this may affect the result of your return. Returns will be processed as a store credit which is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue to use on any of our products. If you would like to opt for a refund please note it will incur a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery. For items that have been made to order or custom made or altered in any way, unfortunately we cannot accept these items back.

Yes, we can add items or cancel your order providing this has not been dispatched. Any order cancellation may incur a 15% restocking fee *Please note If we add items this may extend the time prior to being dispatched.
