The Atom AT9092 Arcus is designed to simplify downlight replacement where the existing ceiling opening does not suit a standard modern downlight.
Its wide trim design provides compatibility with existing ceiling cutouts between 72mm and 92mm, making it particularly useful for retrofit and renovation applications.
Dual-power selection allows the installer to choose between 5W and 7W, while Tri-CCT technology provides 3000K warm white, 4000K cool white or 5700K daylight from the same fitting.

Installation recommendation
Confirm the existing ceiling opening before installation and ensure it is suitable for the Arcus retrofit mounting arrangement. Select the required 5W or 7W output and preferred 3000K, 4000K or 5700K colour temperature before completing installation. The fitting requires approximately 35mm minimum ceiling depth. Installation must be completed in accordance with current Australian electrical regulations and Atom's installation instructions.
Three-year domestic warranty
Atom provides a three-year return-to-base domestic use warranty. Registered VIP users may be eligible for additional warranty coverage, subject to Atom's applicable terms and conditions.

Dispatch Times
Not all products available for sale are held in our local warehouse.
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Most items are ordered directly from our suppliers and delivered to our warehouse before being carefully packed and shipped out to you.
Most items will ship within 1 to 7 business days. If there are any delays we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.
Production Items and Made To Order Products can take up to 10 business days to produce, if this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Whilst all care is taken to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we cannot control supplier turnarounds or courier delivery timeframes. As a result, it is advisable to not book your electrician for installation of your lights until they have physically arrived to your premises.

We now offer postage starting from $11.95 to Sydney and $15.95 to NSW Metro Areas, and Interstate Capital City Areas start from $17.95.
Postage to Interstate Metro Areas starts from $21.95 & $32.95 to Regional Areas of Australia.
Shipping is calculated upon checkout after you have added all your items to your cart.
Please note that postage varies in price based on delivery location and the total weight of the order. Lowest shipping prices are for orders with a total weight up to 5kg.
Orders over 10kg will be calculated by Australia Post at checkout.

Shipping Charges (New Zealand)
We offer a $49.99 flat shipping rate to our New Zealand customers.
Please note: products over 1.2M in length or bulky items may attract an additional shipping charge in which case we will let you know as soon as possible.

Warranties
For all warranty claims, please ensure you have your proof of purchase and that the faulty product is within the applicable manufacturer's stated warranty period. Warranty is limited to replacement unless otherwise stated.
Under no circumstances will Ozlighting be liable for any electrical costs associated with a faulty product.
Please note that all electrical items that require installation must be done by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian and New Zealand laws and regulations. If you are claiming a warranty on a particular item, we may ask you to provide evidence that it has been installed by a licensed electrician.
Goods damaged in Transit or Short Deliveries
Unfortunately, accidents do happen in transit and occasionally shipping errors can occur. If this is the case, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@ozlighting.com.au and we will begin to process rectifying the order for you right away.
Returns
If a product is no longer required or you've changed your mind, you have 30 days to return these goods to our warehouse.
All products returned must be in their original packaging and must not have been used. If the product box is damaged in any way this may affect the result of your return.
Returns will be processed as a store credit which is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue to use on any of our products. If you would like to opt for a refund please note it will incur a 15% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery.
For items that have been made to order or custom made or altered in any way, unfortunately we cannot accept these items back.
Please note:
Products may differ from those pictured on the website due to natural variations in colour and finish. Products that have been installed cannot be returned.

- Your invoice or order number.
- The reason for the warranty or return.
- Any supporting evidence (such as photos) to support your claim
Liability
We exclude and are not liable for all liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and costs of any kind (including without limitation any indirect and consequential losses, such as commercial or economic loss of any kind, and/or expenses incurred for installation services) as a result of or in connection with your access and/or use of our website, and/or any of our acts or omissions (including negligence).
Governing Law
Any argument relating to the terms and conditions between Ozlighting and the customer shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
